One type of career professional that can help is a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) . GCDFs provide career facilitation and guidance in a variety of settings.

GCDFs complete at least 120 hours of specialized training in order to provide high quality career services and to earn GCDF certification. To retain certification, GCDFs must participate in continuing education activities to keep their career development knowledge and skills current.
